Creative Process

1. Research: I conducted secondary research followed by user surveys to pinpoint our target audience and understand their motivations, exploring the top  NFT marketplaces selected by users in the surveys. This comparative analysis, along with research on staking and lending, informed my understanding of user requirements

2. Sketching: Using insights from the research, I sketched various flows and NFT cards to explore different design directions.

3. Wireframing: I created logic and wireframes for all C-DEFI products/services which is NFT Marketplace, wallet, Staking and Lending.

4. Digital Design: After reviewing the wireframes with the team, I created mid fidelity web and mobile app prototypes for further testing with our recruited target users.

5. Testing: Our usability testing aimed to assess product functionality, identify pain points, validate designs, and enhance digital user experiences.

6. Refinement: Based on user and client feedback, I adjusted web and mobile app prototypes, conducting additional tests before delivering them to our Head of UI/UX Design for final prototype designs.

Challenges

Working on C-DeFi has been a journey filled with many challenges. From simplifying complex defi concepts into user-friendly interfaces to navigating the delicate balance between simplicity and accuracy, every step has demanded a subtle approach. The constant vigilance required to address security concerns, adapt to regulatory shifts, and ensure interoperability across various protocols has been a learning curve for me and my team. Moreover, navigating the ever-changing cryptocurrency market, simplifying user onboarding, optimizing for mobile responsiveness, and incorporating user testing feedback have all been integral parts of the journey. Despite the challenges, the experience has been rewarding, requiring continuous adaptation and creative problem-solving to deliver a seamless and secure user experience in the dynamic world of DeFi.

Finalization

We carefully analyzed to all the gathered data to create a smooth and easy-to-use design for our C-DeFi app and website. The updated look ensures that both new and experienced users can easily understand and use the C-DeFi features. This is a big step for us, showing our dedication to making a user-friendly financial experience in the DEFI world.

Conclusion

Through careful research and a collaborative design process, I was able to create a unique and effective platform within their UI requirements. Exploring the ever changing world of DeFi was both challenging and enjoyable. Presently, the website and mobile app are in the development phase, and I want to express my appreciation to everyone involved for their dedicated efforts.
